1. The working time for full-time position is calculated by 12 months, for the introducing full-time position foreign talents is 9 months.
2. The length of service for the talents is at least 8 years. We implement employment management, each four year is an employment term.
3.After the employment period is finished, it is allowed to apply for the "KunYu scholarship" Plan which is the HBU’s own talent support plan.
